課程概述 |
This course prepares students to (1) develop a variety of reading and writing skills and strategies; (2) cultivate students’ ability to read and write critically and analytically; (3) develop students’ ability in paragraph writing. The topics will cover a wide range of disciplines, such as sociologies, humanities, as well as technologies. An interdisciplinary textbook is prepared to stimulate students’ interests in learning about current issues related to education, society, and culture.

課程目標 |
By the end of the semester, students will be able to (1) write paragraphs; (2) review, edit, and correct their own and others' work for both content and language; (3) write and share with others on a restricted range of topics and short tasks; and (4) understand parts of an academic essay. |
